Cursor Launches Composer 2.0
Cursor has launched Composer, its first proprietary coding model, boasting near–frontier intelligence and code generation speeds up to four times faster than leading rivals. Alongside it comes the 2.0 platform, enabling developers to run up to eight AI assistants simultaneously for faster, more autonomous development.

The upgrade also introduces integrated web browsing, voice commands, and a native testing browser, enhancing workflow and efficiency. Character AI Bans Teen Chats
Character AI will block users under 18 from having open-ended conversations with its chatbots starting November 25, following rising legal and parental pressure over safety concerns. Teens will still be able to use the platform’s creative video and image tools, but not its conversational features.

The company plans to use behavior-based age detection and verification prompts to enforce the rule. With 20 million monthly users and new laws like the GUARD Act threatening fines for violations, the move marks a major shift toward stricter age controls in AI interactions.
